TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.

GENERAL

• Orders are taken via Google form or through vgen• Check Trello for queue and progress.• Full payment via PAYPAL invoice in euros (€). Splits available for larger orders.• Prices include PayPal fees and taxes.• Refunds available only if work hasn't started.• I reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund.

USAGE AND RIGHTS

• Credits are required when you use or post my artwork. @YuniePix (artist&rigger) @ItsValmo (emote animator)• You can use the artwork for content creation without extra fees.• Commercial Use / Merchandise: 100% fee applies (to sell prints, keychains, t-shirts... etc)• Reselling my artwork (due to redesign or emergencies) is allowed only at the same price or below the price that you paid for.• I may stream or post WIPs/final artwork on social media unless client request otherwise +25% privacy fee.• I reserve the rights to turn into YCH any of my emote designs• Commissions related content can be shared on my Patreon.• Usage of my artwork for NFTs or AI is strictly prohibited.

WORK SPEED

• Commissions may take 2~3 months to complete.• Rush service to prioritize your commission (skip queue): +50% rush fee.• Deadline: 10-50% fee depending on how soon the deadline is and the type of commission. The closer the deadline, the higher the fee. It applies only if the deadline is shorter than my usual 3 months completion time.

PROCESS

• Read ToS and fill out the form. I'll contact you if I accept your request.• An invoice will be sent to your email. Once the payment is received, you will be added to the queue.• YCH and skeb-like commissions do not include revisions. After the artwork is delivered, fixes can only be requested if I made any mistake (color adjustment, missing details..)• In custom commissions, you can request changes on sketch stage until you're satisfied.• After coloring, only minor adjustments can be requested for any mistakes on my part. For incorrect references provided by the client changes may incur an extra charge• The final artwork will be sent via Google Drive link. If you ever lose the files contact me again <3
