TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE & PROCESS. PLEASE, READ CAREFULLY

GENERAL INFO AND PAYMENT

• Orders are collected via Google form.• Payment are upfornt via PAYPAL invoice in euro (€)• Prices listed includes paypal fee and Taxes.• Depending on the type of commission payment plans can be considered.• Refunds can only be requested if the commission has not been started yet.• I have the rights to deny or cancel any commission for any reason I see fit.

USAGE AND RIGHTS

• You are allowed to use the artwork on your own platforms (twitch/twitter/discord/youtube...) Credits are required.• Commercial rights are required for merch or resale x2 fee. This allows commissioner to make profit of the artwork in any form (sell as stickers, charms, prints, patreon reward...). For Vtuber models and Dakimakura commercial rights are included on price.• I reserve the rights to stream or post on social media wips and final artwork unless requested otherwise. +15% privacy fee• The usage of my artwork for NFT or AI related is strictly prohibited.

WORK SPEED

• The commission may take more than 3 months months to be completed, depending on the type of commission, your turn in queue and my inspiration/motivation so the commission is done the best of my ability! Consider rush service to avoid waiting.• For hard Deadlines rush fee will apply. (+30% of total)

ORDERING AND PROCESS

• Read ToS and fill the form to apply for a commission slot. I'll contact you if I accept your request.• Discord/twitter is required to keep a good communication and send updates.• Trello is always available to see queue and progress.• After clarifying all details, an invoice will be sent to your email. Once the payment is received you will be added to the queue.• When it's your turn, I'll send updates, you can request changes on sketch stage until you're satisfied.• After color you're only able to ask for minor adjustments I may forgot. Changes will be subject to extra charge for incorrect references provided by client.• The final artwork will be sent through google drive link.

- Commercial rights are included for streaming usage only.
- Estimated delivery 2+ months. With Rush: 3-10 days depending on the amount.IMPORTANT:- Commercial Rights for merchandising sales +40€ per emote. Includes 512px Size and psd.
- Characters with many details may be simplified.
- +25€ layer separation if you're planning on commissioning the animation to third parties.

DETAILS:- Detailed character illustration with an atmospheric composition with simple scenery/background.
- Pose and scenery descriptions are accepted and will be followed.
- Client can specify desired size (ex. 16:9 for wallpaper/starting screen..)
- Sketches and updates will be sent at each stage of the process.
- Some parts of the character may get cut depending on the pose and composition unless client clearly request otherwise.
- Estimated delivery: 2+ months. With Rush: 17 days.ADD-ONS:- +50% cutting for animation.
- +50% NSFW nude variation. By commissioning a NSFW you're stating that you're 18 or older.
