TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.

GENERAL

• Orders are taken via Google form or vgen• Trello is always available to check on queue and progress.• I won't start the commission till I receive the payment.• Payments will proceed via PAYPAL invoice in euros (€). Splits available for larger orders.• Prices include PayPal fees and taxes• Payment is required only when I start the commission, therefore it is Non-refundable.• I reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund without further explanation.

USAGE AND RIGHTS

• Credits are required when you use or post my artwork. @YuniePix (artist&rigger) @ItsValmo (Animator&rigger)• You can use the artwork for content creation without extra fees.• Commercial Use / Merchandise: 100% fee applies (to sell prints, keychains, t-shirts... etc)• Reselling my artwork due to redesign or emergencies is allowed only at the same price or below the price that you paid for.• I have the rights to stream and post commission work on my socials unless client request otherwise. Privacy requests beyond 1 month incur a +25% fee.• I reserve the rights to turn into YCH any of my emote designs• Usage of my artwork for NFTs or AI is strictly prohibited.

WORK SPEED

• Current commissions may take up to 4 months to complete due to my streamer schedule. Thank you for your patience.• Rush available (skip queue): +50% fee. Guarantees I'll work on your commission right after payment.• Deadline: 10-50% fee Client may set a specific completion date. Fee amount will depend on how soon the deadline is and the type of commission. The closer the deadline, the higher the fee.

PROCESS - I CURRENTLY WORK ON A WAITLIST BASIS:

• Read ToS and fill out the form to join my waitlist. (Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding.)
I'll contact clients only when a few slots become available.• Clients have 72 hours to reply after being contacted. If there is no response, the slot may be offered to the next client on the waitlist.• I work on a limited number of commissions at a time. Project acceptance depends on availability and workflow compatibility.• When contacted: An invoice will be sent to your email. Once the payment is received, I'll start on your commission.• On Custom commissions, you can request changes during the sketch stage until you’re satisfied.• YCH and skeb-like commissions do not include revisions.• After completion, adjustments can be requested for any mistakes on my part. For incorrect references provided by the client changes may incur an extra charge• The final artwork will be sent via a Google Drive link. Contact me if files are lost!
