TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.

GENERAL

• I don't accept personal commissions.• Orders are taken via Google form.• Discord/Twitter required for updates and communication.• Check Trello for queue and progress.• Full payment via PAYPAL invoice in euros (€). Splits available for larger orders.• Prices include PayPal fees and taxes.• Refunds available only if work hasn't started.• I reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund.

USAGE AND RIGHTS

• Commercial rights for streaming usage are included in the price.• If you need to resell my work (due to a design change, emergency, etc.), you may do so, but not for a higher price than what you originally paid for it.• Credits are required when you use or post my artwork. @YuniePix (artist&rigger) @ItsValmo (emote animator)• I reserve the rights to stream or post and social media wips and final artwork unless client requires otherwise: +25% privacy fee.• I am allowed to turn into YCH any of my emote design and/or post on my patreon any content related to my commissions.• Usage of my artwork for NFTs or AI is strictly prohibited.

WORK SPEED

• Commissions may take up to 3 months to complete, depending on the type, your turn in queue, and my inspiration/motivation to achieve the best result.• Rush service available to prioritize your commission (skip queue): +50% rush fee.• A 10-50% fee will apply for Deadlines, depending on how soon the deadline is and the required workload. The closer the deadline, the higher the fee. Fee applies only if the deadline is shorter than my usual 3-month completion time.

PROCESS

• Read ToS and fill out the form. I'll contact you if I accept your request.• An invoice will be sent to your email. Once the payment is received, you will be added to the queue.• When it's your turn, I'll send updates. You can request changes on sketch stage until you're satisfied.• After coloring, only minor adjustments can be requested for any mistakes on my part. For incorrect references provided by the client changes may incur an extra charge• The final artwork will be sent via Google Drive link.
