TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.

GENERAL

• Orders are taken via Google form.• Trello is always available to check on queue and progress.• The commission won't be started until the payment has been made.• Payments will proceed via PAYPAL invoice in euros (€).• Splits available, check commission details to see more.• Prices include PayPal fees and taxes• Payment is Non-refundable if I already started on your commission.• I reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund without further explanation.

USAGE AND RIGHTS

• Credits are required when you use or post my artwork. @YuniePix (Artist&Rigger) @ItsValmo (EmoteAnimator)• Usage of my artwork for NFTs or AI is strictly prohibited.• Commissioned artwork can be used by client for content creation without extra fees.• Commercial Use (+50%): Allows merchandise and physical product sales.• The commission is licensed exclusively to the original client and is non-transferable. Resale, redistribution, or transfer any of my artwork to a third party is prohibited unless I grant written permission.• I have the rights to stream and post commissioned artwork unless client request otherwise. Privacy +25% fee.• I reserve the rights to turn into YCH any of my emote designs

WORK SPEED

• Current commissions may take up to 4 months to complete.• Rush available (skip queue): +50% fee. Guarantees I'll work on your commission right after payment.• Deadline: 10-50% fee Client may set a completion date. Fee depends on how close the deadline is.• I may take up to 3 working days to respond to messages.

PROCESS

• Read ToS and fill out the form. I'll contact client when I'm able to take the request.• Client has 72 hours to reply after being contacted. If there is no response, the slot will be lost.• An invoice will be sent to your email. After payment client will be placed on queue.• The commission will proceed through different stages:
RoughSketch>RefinedSketch>Lineart>Color/rendering>Rig/Animation. Depending on the type of commission.• Updates will be provided at every stage for client to approve. Changes are not possible after confirming to move forward.• YCH and skeb-like commissions do not include revisions.• After completion, adjustments can be requested for any mistakes on my part. For incorrect references provided by the client changes may incur an extra charge.• You will receive digital files ready to use as intended (not physical product) via a Google Drive link. Contact me if files are lost!
